Vision register cleaner

Hello.
Sometimes user ask us, if there exist some "register cleaner" programme.
I mean application, which cleanes registers on the computer, where uninstallation failed.
Something like Viper 1.0.4 (from 2008 year, maybe you remember it).

Dear PPo, the Viper is a cleaner tool designed by our developers and that was intended for internal use. It is therefore not available for public use, but only recommended by the Netop Technical Support team members after a thorough diagnosis, and depending on the nature of the situation.

It is not advisable to use the Viper tool unless this was specifically recommended by our Support team, as it results in a forceful removal of the Vision program, which can trigger negative side effects.
