problem with WebFilterIEExtension

Hi all,

I have installed the netop client on a student workstation and now I can't load IE

here is the error from the event log

I have tried upgrading to IE9 and had no luck on this.

I have rebuilt the machine and are still having the same issue I have disabled all IE addons apart from the WebFilterIEExtension
Any suggestions?
