The following policy for product support applies for Windows Operating Systems, Service Packs and Hot Fixes:

Operating Systems:

• For new versions of NetOp it is Danware's intention to support latest Operating Systems released by Microsoft.

• Current versions of NetOp will NOT be modified to support new Operating Systems released by Microsoft.

• Older versions of NetOp will NOT be modified to support new Operating Systems released by Microsoft.

Service Packs:

• For new versions of NetOp it is Danware's intention to support latest Service Packs released by Microsoft.

• For current versions of NetOp, Danware will consider to support new Service Packs released by Microsoft.

• Older versions of NetOp will NOT be modified to support new Service Packs released by Microsoft.

Hot fixes:

Hot fixes may include new code or partial code from Service Packs that are not supported for the version of NetOp you have. You may therefore encounter problems after installation of a particular hot fix on your computer.

Danware Data A/S is not liable to correct such problems for versions of NetOp that were released prior to the release date of the hot fix. We encourage you to investigate and test possible implications of hot fix installations prior to installing these. Usually a newer version or build of NetOp may solve problems if you encounter any. Danware may or may not implement support for a specific hot fix.
